Every new patient starts with a consultation and a Good Faith Exam. There is no charge for it, nothing is booked for treatment until it is done, and nobody will sell you anything in it.
Most practices keep your record in their database. If you move, switch injectors, or they close, getting it back is a phone call and a fax machine and sometimes a fee.
Here, your intake, your consents, your exam and the notes and photographs from every visit are filed into a vault that belongs to you. You can read all of it, any time. You can hand it to your next injector without asking us. If this practice closed tomorrow you would still have every page of it.
How that worksYour records are not stored by the practice. They live in a vault that belongs to you, on MeCentral, and they go where you go — to a new injector, to another city, or nowhere at all. If this practice closed tomorrow you would still have them.
Prices are what they are. Nothing on this list is a starting point for a negotiation, and nothing gets added to your visit that you did not agree to beforehand.
